Jawad’s work spans owner-user sales, investment properties, and site selection for logistics, warehousing, and retail tenants. He is known for his diligence, analytical mindset, and ability to align real estate solutions with his clients’ long-term business goals. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he focused on systems optimization and process efficiency.
